The Firm has on several occasions advised clients on taxation law.

Areas of taxation commonly advised on are:

• Excise tax
• Entitlement to tax exemptions
• Rental income tax
• Aspects of double taxation

The Firm has also advised several clients on payment of taxes at the State level and has advised companies on exemptions they are entitled to from taxes.
