The Firm handles both criminal and civil litigation and, under alternative dispute resolution, the Firm handles arbitration, mediation and negotiation. The Firm plays a crucial role in advising a client on when to pursue alternative dispute resolution (arbitrate, mediate or negotiate) or when to litigate (resolution through court).

In this regard, the Firm handles a number of disputes, including but not limited to, insurance disputes, contractual disputes, disputes involving government, labour disputes, bank-client disputes, and commercial and corporate disputes.
