The Firm has concluded a number of land purchase agreements and tenancy agreements for its clients. In this regard, the Firm goes the extra mile of not only preparing the land sale/purchase or rent agreements but also conducting due diligence to ensure that the person selling or renting off the property is the registered owner of the land and/or has the right to sell the land or rent off the property.

The Firm also conducts searches to ensure that there is no third-party claim to the land that is likely to affect the rights of the client to the land or property. In addition to the foregoing, the Firm also offers services with respect to mortgages, construction agreements, transfer of land freely by way of gift between natural persons and organizations/companies and other forms of conveyance of title.
